Amor es el monstruo | Love is the monster

Feature film (In pre production)

San Jose, in the near future part of the population lives in walled communities, hires armed security nannies, and trains their children in kid’s shooting ranges. A 70-year-old grandma wounds her hand trying to shatter the glass of the car in which she mistakenly locked her granddaughter in. That one mistake will make the kid’s mother, who is part of the generation that lives in fear, to feel her mother is old and incapable of taking care of her child. She will be forbidden from seeing her granddaughter, and that will trigger a series of unfortunate events that will lead her to do things she never thought she would ever do. These things won’t be achievements precisely, but they will be her own personal way to show them the love for her granddaughter and that you she is still of use.
