Amor es el monstruo | Love is the monster

Feature film - Thriller (In production)

You are going to die. Like everyone, of course. But statistically speaking, you know you are going to die because you’re not the woman you used to be. The waning strength, the confusion, the loss of agility, the phrases you only half hear and the ones you repeat to yourself, your dead friends, the glasses to see up close, the glasses to see far away, the pillbox, the incontinence, your smell, the growing resentment of your daughter, everything.

You are going to die, but before that, you are going to fuck up.

You are going to accidentally lock your granddaughter in your car, which will trigger a series of miniscule calamities that will involuntarily pile up, which will lead you to do things that you never thought you were capable of. They will not be achievements, but they will be your own personal way to show them that you are still of use. You are not going to just sit there watching everything happen. You are not going to wait for death in an armchair like just any old lady, you are not going to wait for death to knock at your door, you are going to hit the streets, you're going to save death some time, you’re going to meet her halfway.
